Cintia Dicker is celebrating the return of the sun in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model shows off her amazing post-pregnancy body in a nude swimsuit, wowwing her followers. "The sun is back," she captioned the stunning series of Instagram snaps. She also shared a video with her followers, discussing her weight loss after having a baby. How does the model maintain her impressive physique? Celebwell rounded up her top health habits.

Cintia is a runner. "I like to run outside at the end of the day when it's not hot," she told Daily Front Row. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

"I also do yoga and Pilates once a week," Cintia added. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness. Yoga is also a great workout, per Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Cintia prioritizes hydration. "It's a bit cliché, but the best is to drink lots of water," she said. "I try to drink green juice every day with cucumber, spinach, lemon, apple, and ginger." She also loves iced green tea. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Cintia understands you can't out exercise a bad diet. "In general, I try to eat healthy foods, like salads and fruits. I only eat meat twice a month," she said.

Cintia indulges in self-care. "I love massages, facials, and spa treatments. I spend plenty on those," she said. "I get a massage twice a week!"

Cintia's "beauty rule"? "Eight hours of sleep," she revealed, adding that she aims for a minimum of six hours. "I like to sleep in when I can. I don't do a lot in the morning." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
