The insider told Mediatakeout: ‘[Gizelle] desperately needed a new storyline after her ex-boyfriend (retired ex NBA player) Sherman Douglas dumped her for good . . . and no other men are interested in her so she had no other options but [her ex] Jamal.’
They went on to claim that Gizelle is even paying him a portion of her salary to be on the show.

This is a rumor that may be hard to believe for some considering that the two were married once and share three daughters.
