NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA: Heather Dubrow and her husband Terry have reportedly sold their beautiful Newport Beach mansion for a whopping $55 million. According to Entertainment Tonight, the sale has now been dubbed as the largest sale of the year in Orange County and is also the third most expensive sale in the history of the area.
The house is said to be 22,000 square foot and the couple was represented in the sale by 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' fame Josh Altman. However, it is surprising to know that the house was never quite on the market. Reportedly, a mystery buyer came forward to buy the home, which the Dubrows have been living in for the last six years. The mansion has also been featured extensively in 'The Real Housewives of Orange County'.

About the sale, Heather said, “Wow, that got out fast! With two kids at college, we've been thinking about our next move. We just bought a cool penthouse in LA and sometimes the universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!"
What is Heather Dubrow's net worth?
According to Yahoo! Finance, Dubrow is worth at least $50 million but that comes as a combined number for both her and her husband. Now that the couple has sold the iconic house where they held $36,000 sushi parties and had walk-in closets with champagne buttons, where are the Dubrows headed to next? The answer, it would seem, is closer to the glitz and the glamour -- Los Angeles.
In another spectacular reality TV crossover, the Dubrows have purchased a Century City condo and had enlisted the help of 'Selling Sunset’s Heather El Moussa for it too. El Moussa has given the brief about the sale and the new apartment in her Instagram profile. Her caption reads, “JUST CLOSED MY BIGGEST DEAL TO DATE- The Cavalli Penthouse, CENTURY CITY | 2 BEDS | 4.5 BATHS | 5,254 SQ FT. The best is when great friends turn into great clients Me, @heatherdubrow and @drdubrow looked for about 7 months for places and we looked at every single building between Century City and West Hollywood and they fell in love this stunning penthouse!! It’s a huge penthouse with unobstructed views- it took us about 4 1/2 months to negotiate the deal but ended up settling on a great price that both sides were very happy with."
"After years of being in the industry I’ve worked diligently on my negotiation skills. It takes experience and you have to find the right seller motivated to take a lower price. And you have to have some patience with the market we are in. Even though Inventory has grown it’s still below the norm because most people are unable to sell since they have a lot of equity and are locked in at interest rates around 3%. And the current interest rates are up. Ultimately we were able to negotiate to a point where all parties involved were happy which is always the goal," the post further read.
"A little description: The Cavalli Penthouse is a bold design. With sprawling views overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this newly-renovated penthouse showcases custom finishes and furnishings. Step off the elevator into your own private lobby. The interior also boasts a flexible layout with two large bedrooms with luxurious baths, massive walk-in custom closets, a private sauna, two additional private terraces, and a separate office with library. The Century features concierge, gated security, a pool and jacuzzi with private cabanas, fitness studio, movie theater, business center, and valet parking,” the post further read.
